Hi,my name is Steve.I bought my mgf about two months ago,and i love it.Its a vvc in british racing green.Ok,shes not perfect, wheels are a little scuffed and theres a few car park dents, only small though.I live in Sudbury in Suffolk.Ive always wanted an"F" and now ive got one.Once had a montego mg efi, which i sold to my father inlaw 9years ago,and he still has it to this day.My son drives a zr,so you can see i have MG in my blood,ha ha.Ime already a member of .org,and was introduced to this great site by a guy named Herbie.I hope to meet up at sometime with fellow "F" enthusiasts and learn more.By the way,i intend to be an "F" owner untill i die!! PS,i hope ime in the right section, ime useless with computers, apologies if i am.

Hi everyone. My name is Neil (Nelly) and my wife is Julie (Joo). We have an Anthracite 1996 VVC MGF. Had it for about 8 months now and having great fun driving around topless, even in the winter on a bright sunny day. We live in south Somerset and have been to a couple of meets and met some great people.

Hey all! My name is Marty (26) and i live on the Wirral, between Liverpool and Chester. I don't actually own an MGF just yet but i've been bitten by the bug and am hoping to aquire one within the next couple of weeks. They look fantastic, drive fantastic (vvc performance figures- wow!) and i can't wait to get one of my own! I'm hoping some of you experts and enthusiasts out there may be able to help me out if i have any questions!?

As you can see, there is plenty of help and advice freely given. I hope you find a good car and get plenty of enjoyment from it. Join us at MGFest in August where you will be able to talk to many others with F's and TF's. See www.mgfest.co.uk

Hi and welcome Marty, as Adrian says plenty of help about if you need it. I see that you are from the Wirral, you are not too far to our regular monthly pub meet. You are welcome to join us and ask as many questions as you like prior to buying one. At least you will know what your looking for that way. Next meet if you can make it is this this Thursday (19th) at the Stretton Fox, Warrington - (Junction 10 M56) at around 8pm.

I'm Paul from Caterham in Surrey. I've had my 1996 flame red MGF for 7 weeks and I'm loving every minute of it. I'd been fighting with my wife for years over getting one and she's been against it from the start. I had to compromise and buy a cheap runaround as opposed to a new one, however it's in great nick. 53 on the clock, belts done and new tyres. I've had to settle for a cloth interior which I'm still not too happy about, but it's been worth it to get this car. I'd dearly love to upgrade to red leather at some point as I've decided that I will be keeping the car for a bit longer than the planned year or so.

I thought I'd just add a pic of the motor. I haven't had a chance to take any really good pics yet as the weather has been so changeable.
