Hi David I got my F after my wife got pregnant, the deal was that if we had twins then it would have to go, had a daughter so still have the F for the time being - though I am sure they'll be a battle if/when number 2 comes along!

Hi All
I have just joined the MGCC and the F Register. Been on .org for a couple of months now and having got the CC memebrship through thought I would come on over and join you guys too.
My F (second one) is a silver 2001 Steptronic and I am based in Kettering in Northants.

Hi All I'm David, and from Wisbech.
Been on one really enjoyable run with the East Anglia group after being accosted by Debs outside Halfords (having a new audio unit fitted and the satnav hardwired in). Only had my TF a month - its a beautiful 54 plated 116 in X-Power grey - and some moron has put a massive dent in her offside rear quarter while parked in a car park. Still insurance company sorting her out and she'll soon have her sylph like figure back to accompany her lion heart! Doing another run this Sunday over to Northants, and looking forward to a track day at Snetterton later this month. By the way I always wave at other F's and TF's, it's an old Land Rover habit I can't get out of. My other car is a Series 3 Land Rover, so I'm the proud owner of two of the greatest British legends. Will post a piccy of the TF when I work out how!
Look forward to meeting lots of you throughout the year.
Cheers David
