Hi all, I suppose that I should of put my first post on here 'OOP's' instead of the classified section I bought the MGF for my wife 'honest '' well it takes the pressure of me spending $$$ on my bike So their is two of us to introduce, Dawn & myself John, we're in the Chesterfield/Sheffield area. The MGF was a spur of the moment buy (I thought it was cheap) I was looking to get a newer replacement MX5 for the one we have, it's a P reg, BRG, V V C 'the seller told me it was a standard 18i' so that was a bit of luck , 43,000 miles on it (documented) and it started it's life in Jersey. So give us a wave if you see us

This is my first posting, the car is to be used as a weekend fun car while i continue with the restoration of my TR7. Looking to visit a few meetings/gatherings if welcome? It took me a while to find this model, I love the spoilers/wheels and the full leather interior, Could do with an original CD player if anyone knows the correct model fitted to the Freestyle LTD Edition. John (Lichfield, Staffs)

[glow=red,2,300] 'you'll[/glow]know what powers it been a local lad'' we're in the Dronfield area. Thanks for all the comments on the F , it makes me feel even more like that I've done right thing ;D Hope to catch you all soon John Hiya John. If you have a nosey in the 'Pennine MGF' section,I'll be putting details of all upcoming events, both freg and MGCC in there for you all,and will let you know of anything going off in our part of the world no worries. Im planning a pub meet in the new year for us freg'ers and anyone else who fancies it when the weathers a bit nicer, and on December the 17th theres a NorthWest pub meet at the Snakepass inn were off to. So if youre interested let us know,or just stick your name down on the thread no problem. Shameless plug:Dont forget the Yorkshire biggy of next year on the 8th July,a run from Castle Howard to Whitby, and we are hoping for around 50 cars for that one,and it will be something a bit special too. Its a lovely run from Dronfield into Matlock "the long way round" via every road in Derbyshire lol. Ive not had a bike for a couple of years now but used to do the Matlock run every sunday without fail, and spent many a happy sunday afternoon sat on the wall next to the spring sweltering in the leathers and watching the world go by. Hope to see you at a meet soon.
