Ahhh.... Godmanchester is just down the road - excellent. I am a big fan of the old map-map system myself Shaun but I think that I will have to bite the bullet one day, and get one of those new fangled devices. more expense... It will have to wait though, got too many things to buy first - MGF Register Fleece being one of them. I might get lost but at least I will be nice and warm ;D. Cheers Jon

No worries,we have satnav already programmed to take us straight to the door. ;D As some of us can,and DO get lost just trying to put a jumper on,a satnav is essential.

Sean, Debs, No-one has asked to meet at Cambs services, so see you both at A47 little chef (Parsons Grove / Wisbech / Peterborough roundabout) at 11:00. Should allow us to get there with time to spare. Any probs give me a call on the mobile. Cheers Jon

Jon / Sean Sorry but I wont make it today ~ had a really bad night, been as sick as the proverbial dog Wouldn't mind if I could attribute it to having had a wild night out, but alas no such luck. Susan

Thanks to Jonathan and Sean for arranging lunch. It was good to meet up with friends old and new and gave Lyn & me an excuse to escape from family for a while.

Big thanks to all for coming. I am glad the weather held out. It made for some good top down driving there and back - if not a bit chilly towards the end. I hope that you all made it back in one piece. I nearly didn't - as my rear number plate decided to make a break for freedom! Thanks to Sean and Adrian for supplying the kit to fix it - it is still holding on! Good to meet a few more new faces, in addition to the established (great bunch of) people. Well done Shaun and Spike for making it down so quickly. I hope your journey back was as quick. The conference style table set-up was certainly quite interesting! I think that I got round to say hello to everyone - if not, apologies, as it was quite a good turnout! Click here to see a few photos of the day. Cheers Jon PS.....did someone order a steak with peppercorn sauce? I have just got a call from the pub to say that's it's ready.

Hi all, Nice to see you all on sunday, much better turnout than september! Indeed the "board meeting" tables were different! Yet again the rear view mirror fell off en route (debs has pointed me in the way of B&G, ta!) Johnny, "compter says no" on the photo's, have you loaded them yet or do I need to start re-installing things again?!?! (Computer? Confuser more like ). Debs - I'll take a look at the NOS system next meet, I had an enthralling night laying lino instead Cheers all Steve & Jill

Thanks a lot for having us down there Jon we had a great time and thanks for the beer! ;D I thought the staff did a great job considering both the managers had done a runner, along with four of the barstaff....just becouse "northerners" were rumoured to be coming. Well done to Shaun n Kim for loosing their meet viginity......and convoy virginity too. Shame we didnt get round to talking to everyone, but was great to meet some new faces and talk their ears off,and see some old friends too. ;D Sorry for the drool Debs when you were on about forged pistons! A great turn out and a good day out. Thanks everyone.

Jon, did Spikee give you that hug and kiss from me? LOL! Debs, being totally thick re engines (hey, I'm 39 and a farmer/agronomist's wife, I can deliver lambs and castrate calves...but know sod all about mechanical stuff!), what does NOS do to the car performance wise?
