I went up to Mike Satur's last week (at last) to have the 4-2-1 manifold and Daytona fitted. It was expensive but not as expensive as the plastic surgery I'm going to need to get this idiot grin off my face

I'm with Debs on this one, she's right on the money. I have an X-Power 4:2:1 on my F, but have had exerience of fitting 3 of Mike Satur's Piper 4:2:1 manifolds too - for me the Piper is better made with more equal length primaries and secondaries. If i had to do it again, i would get a Piper from Mike. As regards performance, power is less of an issue witht he exhaust manifold, what you should be looking for is torque gains and both the X-Power and Piper show noticable gains from the driver's seat (anecdotal evidence only i'm afraid, yet to be independantly tested to the best of my knowledge). As an aside, i have also had 4 back boxes on my car, the SP Supersports (now Miltek Supersports), Mike Satur Daytona, Phoenix and my current TT Fxtreme. Of them all my favourite was the Daytona and i only changed it because it was damaged in the accident in 2003. They all are good systems though and have thier pros and cons as well as unique characters - i wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of them.

just the supercharger left to go then Andy We had to heat up and bend an outlet pipe as it was not parallel with the other. (There goes the guarantee)
.Yes a SC would be great, will fit CloseRatio and LSD Box first. Looking at the B&G Plate LSD rather than the cog one.

Bit of a warning to all you TF-er's, there have been a few reports of Mike Saturs 4-2-1 causing a few vibration problems with the flexipipe Head over the MG-Rover org forums to see some pics / descriptions. Basically the pipe is ending up lower than it should be, due to the difference in subframes.
