We'll park ourselves away from the entrance, on our own if we can, so we shouldn't be hard to spot. I should be there first - look out for a nearly-black Trophy!

Hi Dave,
I'll see you there at 9.30.
Afraid, apart from Jon Lee, I didn't really get much response from everyone else from the South. I think if any are going, then they are making their own way there? From the South it is much more direct to go via Winchester up the A34 so they probably wouldn't be able to join us on the convoy.
(Just out of interest, will we all be doing 65 on the M40 or are people generally looking to "stretch" their legs a bit? ;D ) (obviously, by this I mean travel at 70 max!)

We'll go the interesting way, across country, so we'll hardly touch the M40 after Cherwell... that's all part of the fun! However if you want to travel at 69 3/4 mph (!) up there beforehand, that's up to you, you insane demon of speed ;D

Easy tiger! That's some dangerous figures you're throwing around there! ;D I was thinking more along the lines of 69 1/4 but hey, I'll push the boundaries of Trophy power if you are!!

But allowing for 10% inaccuracy of your speedo you could do 76 3/4 ;D

Hi guys, just to let you know that me and rob won't be going to stoneleigh tomorrow! We've spent the whole of today fitting speakers to my car when rob was meant to be getting his car sorted for its MOT. So we need to spend some time on his car tomorrow. Nevermind. See you at the next meet! Amie

Well at least I'm not the only one. Might bring some cleaning stuff along with me, I might get an oppotunity to clean it up a bit when I'm there.
See you tomorrow at 7:15 Dave, I might be having a kip in the car if I'm at the garage before you. ;D

It was fun though.

Yep, I got home safe and well with no more wrong turns. Even though our convoy back seemed to break up in the traffic on the M1.
