Richard Jones, the new General Manager of the MG Car Club, has asked us to publicise the following:
1. There is a 'Gourmet' BBQ with presentations and live band on Saturday night in a large Marquee - cost £15 per head for BBQ food - free access to presentations and live band. Tickets for food have to be pre-ordered and can't be bought on the day. Call Kimber House on 01235 555552 for more info.
2. Volunteers are needed to help with a) setting up from Thursday afternoon onwards b) directing traffic on Fri p.m. Sat a.m. and Sun a.m. c) clearing up at the end of Sunday Contact Richard at Kimber House on the number above.

I will be at Silverstone.... and looking at the weather forcasts, I'd better go to an Hotel than getting wet on the camping plot. So I will leave all camping goods at home, . . . which gives me more space in the car for MG goodies. So far, I need to pickup 12 wheels, maybe 16....

I'll be going as well. Probably on Saturday. If anyone wants to purchase any of our stock I can bring it along (provided it isn't too bulky) to Silverstone to avoid postal charges BTW I'll be bringing the big red thing to Silverstone.

I'll be there, unless it is absolutely hissing down with rain - I would not look forward to some seven hours' driving in heavy rain. Hopefully the forecast will be wrong.

Blooby Hill - hope this mega thunderstorm goes before then! I'm there for the weekend! either in tent / back of ZS / or commuting? tip - if really hissing down, you stay dryer in shorts then trousers / jeans - trust me!!!!
