Could I just ask that all those joining the South Mids two-stop convoy check their names are on our list? We wouldn't want to leave without you! Quick jump to our thread here!Rich.

Sounds good, But I am intending to go early... So unless you want a stoopid o'clock alarm, you may have to go it alone.

I'm going to pull out from this one. It's a long way for one day and I need to tighten the purse strings a bit this year.
Have a good one everyone!

I was thinking along those lines james but THE DIRECTORS have just posted a memo giving us a pay rise and a bonus - so Brooklands is on again!
The very lowest earners are getting an additional 20p per hour!!!! Their generosity knows no bounds. Especially as it only affects 2 people on the site and about 5 at the turnip munchers site in Wiltshire.

Like James, I can't really afford to do Brooklands now. Sorry, I won't be there either...as I told James early this morning, it's a long way and I really can't justify the outlay right now.

Pity about the people that can't make it but I hope there is still a good area allocated for us to park in as I count 13 cars (& know of at least 2 other cars coming direct) in the convoy running down the M1 organised by the South Midlands Sportsters which will also include cars from the East Anglian & Midlands regions.

Great day! Good to see those that I saw, sorry not to see some others! Had such a chilled out journey there (nothing to do with it being a bit frosty at 7.30, still with roof down though!) I managed not only to miss the Brooklands jct of the M25, but also the next one! Saw the junction for Reigate, and concluded - shame, more miles chilling out to do!
