Hi Shaun,
Looks like you have hit the ground running, well done. I get up to Whitby 5 or 6 times a year so I will keep an eye out and try and catch an 'event'

Malham Cove is one of our family favourites. We've been a few times, once when our daughter was qyuie haevily pregnant. Thinking of setting up another trip so the grandsons can walk to it like we did.
Aysgarth Falls need to be visited again.
Stump Cross Caves would entrance the youngsters.
Anywhere up on the moors is good for me - but like the Dales as well, especially the run up to Buttertubs.

God i forgot all those places John, Aysgarth Falls can be seen in the Kevin Costner version of Robin Hood, when he is fighting with Little John in the river that was filmed at Aysgarth. Pretty much most of the film was shot in North Yorks - was only let down by some of the acents "God damn little John" & "Have a nice day Maid Ma-ri-an" didnt really do it for me

But if theyd talked in broad yorkshire no one would have understood a word they said!
