We are off to NZ tomorrow(Monday 09 October) - will keep an eye out for MGs - if you see a Transit Camper flashing you it might just be us! Unfortunately the new security restrictions on cabin baggage means we will have to leave our *F* (The Green Squirrel) behind We are so looking forward to this trip - 8 weeks touring both North and South Island - one of the joys of being retired We are hoping to meet up with a couple of guys who post 'in another place' so until then see you!

Enjoy it and have a wonderful time. I was unfortunate enough to work for a Company who sent me to work for 4 years at the top end of South Island. Ski in the morning, Sail in the afternoon and Dine at a Winery in the evening. In Blenheim, eat at Roccos, visit Hunters Winery, Cloudy Bay or go cheap at Montana. Be careful, you may decide not to come back. Our next visit will be in 2011. Rugby is a religion in NZ. The Kiwis will treat you as a dear old friend, something different from anywhere else in the world . Geoff F

Well we are now back in grey and gloomy UK. But with wonderful memories of New Zealand AND yes we saw a number of *F*s and met up with one (two) of their owners - Bob & Lois Wadsworth who entertained us most 'royally'.
The speed limit may be a tad on the low side but what a wonderful country for the *F* - especially on some of those 'unsealed' roads.
If you get the chance do go and see the country and meet the friendly 'kiwis'.
