Well, not much done this weekend (Damn you wedding!) Managed to grab a starter motor off Ebay for £15 all in ;D, but I can do Bugger-all to the engine until that arrives. Ive managed to Hammerite both the cover plates for the Fuel Pump and engine, as well as refit the plastic sheet + cover over the tank all look quite good once in. <image to follow> Also finally manage to fit the sprayed underfloor panel. Easy really, just couldnt be bother to do it for a while! <Image to follow> "Spare" roof is on too (so no dodgy window), and combined with a good clean by my young assistant of the bodywork and windows (Practically all the Tar is now gone, and there was LOTS of it) she is beginning to look like a car! <Image to follow> Jobs this weekend - Fit new rear Discs / pads to my TF - Move existing Discs / Pads from TF to F (They're fine) - Fit Starter Motor (IF it arrives!)

Well, the starer motor arrived a few days ago, and was fitted without incident Turned the motor and........ nothing. Working my way through the fuel system, I discovered that the fuel pump appears to be knackered even when I dismantled the sender unit and ran a current over the contacts I got nothing.... so Ive ebayed, and one should be on the way for the pricely sum of £27.50.... Discs and pads are on now, although the TF has now got a rub on the left rear No pics this time, as I didnt think youd want to see a broken fuel pump And no more now until after the wedding! (oct 6th)
