Knowing a lot of you upgrade your Radio's to super duppa units wondered if anybody had there older lesser specked model they wanted to sell. I have a 96 F which is a Jap import and the current Radio only has a range up to 75 to 90fm a bit restrictive with regards to what you can listen too! I am after a Radio possibly with a CD slot not looking to pay loads of money mind you not looking for top of the range quality either, just something that will fit and works. If you have anything knocking about in the garage that you haven't got around to putting on ebay please email me your price inc pp to Cheshire. Many thanks

I still have the original MG radio out of my 96 F in the garage which you can have for free, and I am in Cheshire..... Only problem is though it's a Radio casette (no CD) and I have no idea of the code!..

You and your garage Mark!! Do you do tours?? LOL David.... trouble is I can't 'Give' the stuff away.. In fact my stock is now growing as my Son has just sold his ZR and left a set of OE rear lights and his new/boxed MG Stereo that was with the car when he got it new, but again it's not a CD!. Might have to get a stall at Silverstone!! ;D ;D

Mark, would be really grateful, not too worried about a CD to be honest just to get a few more radio stations would absolutely great. I am wondering though how I will locate the code.
If your happy to, can ou email your address or suggest how I can pick it up. Are you going on the Dark Peaks Run next weekend if you are perhaps that is an option as I am.
Thanks again Rob

Thanks again Rob You are not to far from me (Runcorn) so easy enough for you to pop up and collect ... As for the code, I think it only costs around a tenner to get it done (there is a place near me), but I know the guy thats got my old 'F' and am sure the radio code was somewhere in the paperwork I gave him.... Will try and find out for you!.

Just in case you change your mind about the radio on offer, or if anyone else is after one, one of the Northants MGOC guys is currently advertising a Kenwood head unit and CD changer out of a TF135 on their website.... Click here and go to marketplace for contact details. Rich.
