Yes Tim, good time had by all, had for company Barry & Su Joel and the couple who were one hour on from us in the MGFest 'clock' (can't remember names, sorry!)who were in the PoO, as well as all the usual MGCCSE suspects. I missed the prizegiving, but I know Ms King was called up to receive a rosette for 2nd in the treasure hunt. Well done Michelle! Lullingstone Castle is a gem, and the World Garden will warrant future visits to see how it grows. It's a bit like having a tiny outdoor Eden Project on our doorsteps! Ruby was in charge of the camera for this one, and I'll post some pics later, though oddly there are not so many pictures of cars, and lots of flowers and plants Pah, girls! <Edit: Can't get Webshots to play today so I've put together a little slideshow in ImageShack - the results can be a bit variable though - hope it works for you! img514.imageshack.us/slideshow/player.php?id=img514/6618/1190031374b34.smil >Thanks as usual to James and the organisers who always do these things so well. Naviscat next.... who's organising that, then?

Tim and David Yes we were there - our first time in a real POO (although we came second in class at brit cars last week but that didnt need bonnets and boots open) We had a smashing day, weather held out - probably the last chance this year to have a picnic. Here are a few pics (sorry I cant work out how to give you alink to a slideshow from photobucket without having to go through all my other pictures. Hope this is OK here - ive made them quite small. By the way David - Our names are David and Karen Mulcahy. (Tim - you used some of my pics from Cobham for the Website) I dont know how we did in the POO but although our TF was very clean and shiny maybe we got low marks for Authenticity and Original condition - after all we've added so much bling recently ! Dave M - you and Karn came third in class and 7th overall which was very respectable - well done !.
Looks like a good day out - 150 MGs I believe and nearly 250 people attended which was probably a better turn out than the main Summer Gathering.
Sadly we couldn't really make it due to too much pirateering the night before and having to get ready for the Grand Tour the following day .
Now I have a dozen entries for the Autumn Naviscat at the moment with two weeks to go - very few are from you lot !!
This is the penultimate MGCCSE event this year with only the Gribble Treasure Hunt in December afterwards so get your applications in now - its a good event come rain or shine.

Well done Dave, that's a good result! And I promise to remember you next time!
Tim, I'll give you the form and the money for the Naviscat when we see you on Sunday at the South Coast run. Come to think of it, I'll give you the form and the money for the South Coast run when we see you on Sunday at the South Coast run! Oops! Mr Last Minute strikes again!
