The Fairmile at Cobham are adding another date to their usual late summer BBQ - an early Spring BBQ to be held on Sunday 6th May.
These events normally attract around 300 classic and collectible cars and I'd like to take the South East Fers along.
Can you give me some idea of who may be interested as we'll have to buy tickets in advance.
Cost is £8 for car owner and £7 per passenger to include BBQ and VIP pass (not sure what that is). There will be music and dancing and masses of cars on the lawns.
PLease let me knolw who is interested.

At the moment this is turning into an odd one !
Cars are supposed to be on site by 11am for the show to start at noon. You get VIP pass to their new pavillion at the fairmile for cups of tea and snacks duiring the day. BBQ starts at 6pm and music at 8pm finally finishing at midnight - I make that a 13 hour shift if you last the distance !
Full details are not on the website yet but that seems to be it in a nutshell. No application form yet either. I suspect that may change a little.
Is it you and me at the moment Paul ?
I'll see what the interest is in this one before committing I think - could always spend the day at the Llama park with the MGCCSE ?

Sounds like a good idea - thought this was later in the year so it's taken me by surprise - might be too late to get in the Abingdon Works Centre enclosure but you never know ! Anyone interested in heading to Abingdon on sunday anyway ?
