Guy's my 1.8i 1998 MGF has started making a rumbling noise from the back when taking left handers. It's not effecting the handling but I would like to know what it could be and how to rectify it

Sounds like it could be a worn wheel bearing.

thanks Guy's I changed my brake pads and discs a few months ago so it sound like it's a worn wheel bearing, I'll wait and see if gets any worse, it's bit to cold on the fingers to do it this time of year, roll on spring and late summer evening

Cheers Rick, I've changed all the brake pads and disks but the rumble still remains so I've put it on my check and do for the summer evenings. steve
