Thanks for all of your kind words, it was a pleasure to work with Andy again and to organise such a well received event, the biggest thanks goes to you all for turning up. We were pleased with the run as it combined small country lanes with some nice sweeping roads and plenty to look at, there's more to Essex than people think.
I was blown away by the wow factor of P&A Wood, I thought to myself "How many Rolls Royces can they service in Essex" how wrong I was, they are there from all over the world, including the most expensive and most famous car in the world, the 1907 Silver Ghost now in it's centenary year, in fact it is just about to depart for an anniversary run around Scotland, as it did 100 years ago to prove the reliability of the marque. It will be driven by [Andrew] Wood, one of the co-owners of the dealership. They carried out a full overhaul of this car a few years ago, a tribute to the quality of their work to be entrusted with this car, which is still owned by benley by the way. As you will see, he allowed us to sit in it, this car is valued at £20,000,000 !!! He did put the floor in it for as, that was a nice touch. I also found out that AX201 is really a silver ghost, look carefully at the silver brightwork, lamps etc. it really is silver plate, all of it. Other cars called silver ghosts are, in fact, just ghosts.
The RR on the hoist is the Taj Mahal, a rare car from India.
I thought the sign outside "Silent motors running" was funny, given 36 noisy MGF/TF's were sitting around it.
The customers waiting room was used as our registration point, I doubt if any future event will beat that for style and class.

I hope it gives you a idea of the quality of work carried out.
[EDIT: Just a minor name change P & A Wood = Paul & Andrew Wood]
