We really would encourage people to pre book as far in advance as possible. We have to ensure a minimum number of cars attend the event otherwise the foramt may have to change. Cost is £6 per adult in advance and £4 per child to include entry to the museum. On the day it will cost you £8 and £6 respectively. You can only join the runs in IF you pre book although we will be taking POO/Gymkhana entries on the day as well - pre booking is better as we then know an approximate idea of how much space is needed etc .
The special displays will be invite only including the modified section. The POO is open to anyone with an F or TF.

Gaydon recommend the Courtyard Marriott in Leamington Spa and have a special rate of £64 (Double B & B) and £47 single if you quote "Heritage". They have 91 rooms and parking for 120 cars and bar and restaurant which could be good for a gathering. www.marriott.co.uk/LSPWA or 01926 425522 They are sending me a list of other B & Bs and hotels within striking distance. Most hotels seem to be in the Leamington/Warwick direction.

So what's up next, as I am getting a bit confused now. 1) Pre-regsitartion is recommended and £6/person. Where/how do we pay ? 2) We can book a hotel, Courtyard Marriott and mention that we are comming for the MG event. 3)
I guess I will go for the Concours d'Elégance ;D

Erik I can help you out the first question. Go to---> www.mgcars.org.uk/runnymede-mgoc/mgpitfiles/sef/milestones/10th%20front.htm There's an application form in .pdf format on the right hand column. Whilst you're there you might as well print off some of the specially made leaflets and decorate the local F's and TF's in your area. [glow=red,2,300]No F/TF in Bluewater is safe![/glow] Mwhaha!

I have just telephoned the hotel, they have no vacancies, the 91 rooms are it's total occupancy, they have a group of 60 booked and Superbreaks have the rest. They have given me a list of others in the area which I will try.

OK Folks, The Holiday Inn Express will give us a rate of £55.00 per double/twin/single, for the Saturday night (October 15th) with full continental breakfast, available from 06.30. Ample parking and it is on the M40 Junction 15, just a few miles from Gaydon. Give the reference of MGF Register and, if possible ask for Surrinder Gill or Chrissie Lake. Telephone number is 01926 483000 Next door is a Harvester style restaurant/pub, the Porridge Pot, and there is an in-house bar open until the night shift throw us out, providing we are not too noisy. The party starts here ! ;D
