Gav - given the numbers I suggest meeting at Birchanger Services for about 8.45 to arrive at 9.am to set up.
The school is having a lot of building work done at the moment and is a bit of a building site. I spoke with them yesterday and they have invited me to look at the temporary road they are putting down to reach the playing field - thinking of uneven surface for you guys with lowered cars - although entry to the field remains from Windhill. I will post my findings on Saturday afternoon so check back.
Food - Trish wants to know how much Chilli to make, she is worried about not making enough if you all decide to turn up at short notice - please let me know as her Chilli's take all day to simmer.

Thanks for the invite Dave, very kind, but I won't be able to make it. Thanks too for checking the road, perhaps we should bring some tar to fill in any holes they've left?
After the last event, the FLAGS ARE IN THE CAR!!! I'll try and remember to put them back after I've hoovered!
See you all early Sunday!

Okay everyone - update as promised.
Just as well I went round - they didn't have us on their list of clubs. Have sorted out where we will be and it is a good spot in the sun! We have twelve bays forming a rectangle. Each bay is about 1.5 car widths - so should be more than enough
The entrance. The school have put down a temporary metal road - except for the first 30 metres or so, which is also the worst part. As long as everyone can clear a sleeping policeman you should be okay - but I will put a shovel in the boot for moving some soil around.
See y'all tomorrow at Birchanger Services.

Each bay is about 1.5 car widths - and if we park the way we did at Fest - no problem.
