Whilst at the MGFest this weekend we noticed that quite a few people name their MG's. We're looking to name our Trophy so could anyone point us in the direction of a list that may already be in existence to find out what names are already listed? Cheers Kate & Nick

I produced a list of known names last year, I don't know if it's still around, I believe it got deleted as some thought it was a waste of space.

Waste of space? NEVER! Scarlet Fever, Grey Fox and Oggy are the ones that spring to mind. And cherry pheonix will soon be born, if I get my way

My TF has been Aphrodite since the day I collected her. She currently has her name on her, near the air vents, but not sure how much longer the all the vinyls will be staying on her as I'm considering removing them now..

Hi All Thanks for the responses so far! I think we're going to name our Trophy...Yellow Fever - if anyone knows that this is already in existence please let us know so we can think of an alternative, failing that expect to see her around! Kate x

When its running right, the roads clear, the tops down and the sky is blue its "oh yes" and "you beauty". When things arn't going so well eg: wheel bearing rumbling or clutch is slipping its more like "**@% you bloody piece of badly put together, badly design british piece of #**" i should have bought a S2000 at least the japs spend a decent amount of budget on their cars not like this run down hunk of midlands CENSORED - Male genitalia" I would add at the mo its mainly the first comment.

Hi Kate
Great name!
If you are looking to put the name on the car I think someone on here can get the little stickers made. Andie B might be bale to help there as he got Aphrodite for her?
If not, let me know as I can get some done too!
Cheers
Dave

I'd love to name my F. Reg. letters are ELM, so was thinking of 'Woody', but it doesn't sound right.....think it should have a female touch. (if it's an MGF or it's got breasts, you've got trouble)

My car had often been called "Oh, the one with the stipes and the logo on the bonnet" but his name has been Ollie from the start. That's why I've used that name on other forums as my user name. And yes, it's male. Like a good mate. It couldn't be a girl as I'd never use my boot (the one on my foot) like that on a lady... Rich.
