Well said Dave!
As your car is a pristine model, keeping it that way will also guarantee it's resale value, should you have some 'weird' need to sell it. So many people do all the usual mods to their cars, which is fine if that's what they want to do, but don't realise that it reduces it's value in most cases, no matter how much is spent on it. That's because you would then have to aim the car at a very specific market. An extremely clean original car is always the most valuable.
Hang on, so why is mine modded to the hilt? Well that's because it was a very tatty looking car when I bought it so wouldn't have been worth as much today anyway. Also, I wanted my car to look different to every other Tahiti Blue MGF that I saw in lines at events.
Don't get me wrong, I'm an individualist. I like to see the many and varied personal touches given to the cars. I'm just putting up an arguement to show the pros and the cons of the 'darkside'. And personally, I think the black leather seats look rather smart!
Rich.

I was going to say Phil & Tracey "H" but the newer Phil & Tracey are "H" too I think we might have to go geographical and go for Phil & Tracey "Devon" and Phil & Tracey "Oxford" Dave, I thought the other Phil & Tracey were from Wellingborough, not Devon! That's what's down in the database... Rich

They live in Wellingborough but Phil comes from Devon and it was quicker to type Devon than Wellingborough and now you have made me type Wellingborough three times ;D ;D ;D
