If i could get to Arundle without passing Brooklands then that's where I'd go. Probably why this will be my 4th Brooklands Day.

Awww.....okay...all the nice people are going to Brooklands....so thats where I'll go!
Paula, Arundel is the MGOC picnic at the castle. I had a flyer under my windscreen wiper at Hursley. I love Arundel and the castle is great....the idea of an Arundel picnic appealed to me...If you have your car on show, we won't be able to have a SCRR convoy.....anyone interested in a convoy to Brooklands?

Andie, you could always instigate a F Register run to Arundel, if you can find a spare weekend. However Brooklands MG day is a special opportunity as the museum is open but you can walk/crawl/scramble up the original banking, believe me you do not appreciate how steep it is until you get near the top, great photo opportunity also. You can have the pleasure of driving your car up test hill, it is Grade 1 listed and the concrete and the railings are still original, nothing can be altered, this is not an every day chance. A few from last year :

Excellent idea re Arundel, Adrian. It would be a lovely place for a picnic in the summer ... or we could drive to West Beach near Littlehampton - lots of sand-dunes.... or.....we could have a beach bbq at Studland or similar.........or....sorry, so many places that appeal for some topless fun convoying!
Adrian, can anyone drive their car up the 'big hill' (!!!) or do you have to get permission?

When they open up the hill, some time in the afternoon, you are all invited.
That's how it went last year, so I'm assuming it will be the same this year.
I couldn't do it last year as I was on display as you can see from the picture.
Bear in mind you can't do this at the start of the Regency Run, so it is not available any time.
