We'll be at the Brooklands MG Day on Sunday 9th April with the F Register stall. There was a good turnout of Fs and TFs last year and we get allocated our own specific parking area. Hopefully they will be letting Fs up the Test Hill again this year and you'll get a chance to see how their Concorde restoration is getting along. Plus of course there'll be loads of MGs of all shapes and sizes MGOC and MGCC etc. Excellent opportunity to have a leisurely look around the museum and say hello to us as well !
Entry is £7 per adult at the gate - use the main museum entrance if you bring the F/TF and NOT the public parking .

I've posted this on the other thread as well but if anyone would like to display their highly polished pride and joy on the F Reg stand at Brooklands then let me know - we're always looking for new cars to make a fuss of - e-mail events@mgfregister.org soon as you can.
Drawback is you will need to be there before opening and stay until the end.

Unfortunately, I can't attend this one, as I'm going to watch the BTCC at Brands Hatch that day.

After much deliberation I've decided to go for this one. My reason? Well this will be shortly after getting my Daytona (if all goes well), so the longer journey will be much more fun (Brands Hatch is just down the road from me). So you guys will just have to put up with me going on about this exhaust, and Adrian can we add some twisties into the mix so I can try my new toy out? ;D

Nick, not a bundle "happens" but the Museum is open, which is certainly worth a look around.
The nostalgia of Brooklands with it's remaining section of track, including the banking is awesome.
Many MG's of all ages turn up and they usually allow cars to run up test hill, I am not missing that. The track surface and the railings are all Grade 1 listed, they are totally original and cannot be altered, a look down at the cars coming up is priceless.
The F Register stand will be there, what more do you need ?

Ian - That's ok you can listen to mine instead Nick - You might be an Ex-Essex Roadster, but you'll in a great place for the South East F'ers. Might see you at Brooklands?
